-Before connecting the appliance electrically, make sure that the data on
the nameplate correspond to those of the electrical distribution network.
-The nameplate is located on the side of the appliance.
- For your safety, it is recommended that the appliance be powered
through an earth leakage circuit breaker (RDC) with a tripping current not
exceeding 30 mA.
- In case of incompatibility between the socket and the plug:
a) Have the electrical outlet replaced by a qualified company.
b) Use adapters as long as they comply with the use and technical
standards; DO NOT use adapters that are not CE marked.
- Do not connect the appliance to the power supply using external timers or
remote control systems.
- The use of any electrical appliance entails the observance of certain basic
rules. Specifically:
a) do not pull the power cord or the appliance itself, to disconnect the plug
from the outlet
b) do not leave the appliance exposed to the elements (rain, sun, etc.).
c) do not move the unit while it is operating.
- In case of failure and/or malfunction of the appliance, turn it off and do
not tamper with it.
For any repairs, contact the manufacturer or an authorized service center
only and request the use of original parts and spare parts. Failure to comply
with the above may compromise the safety of the appliance.
- If you do not wish to use this product any longer, disconnect it from the
power supply.
- During operation, the outlet should be easily accessible in case you need
to unplug the appliance. Do not place the apparatus below an electrical
outlet so that the cord will not interfere with the proper operation of the
machine.
- Do not leave the appliance plugged in unnecessarily. Disconnect the plug
from the power supply when the appliance is not in use.
- Always turn off the appliance after use and unplug it from the power
outlet.
- After each use, always thoroughly clean all parts in contact with food, as
described under "Cleaning".
- Do not obstruct any ventilation or heat dissipation openings or slots.
- If the power cord of this appliance is damaged, it must be replaced only by
a service center authorized by the manufacturer, as special tools are
required.
Before performing any operation, turn the unit off and unplug it from the
wall outlet.
Make sure the power cord does not hang over the top of the table, as this
may result in someone accidentally pulling on it and tipping it over.
Place the appliance away from sinks and faucets.
Place the appliance on a level, stable surface that is not delicate (e.g. paint-
finished furniture, tablecloths, etc.). Make sure the appliance is placed
securely.
