- Usage:
When the device is on, the R2(10A) relay output is activated by keeping the start button
pressed. The relay output time is as long as the time set on the timer screen. Pressing
the stop button stops the time. R1(30A) relay output becomes active according to the set
degree set on the temperature screen. When it reaches the set point, the R1 relay stops
giving output.
When you start the device for the first time, an odor and smoke may occur due to insulation
material and heating elements. Therefore, before starting to use, set all thermostats to
maximum and run the device idle for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, let the device cool down.
Make sure that the surfaces that will come into contact with food are clean.
Set the device to the desired temperature setting. However, it is not sufficient for
homogeneous heating of the entire cooking area. For this, preheat the device for a
homogeneous heat distribution between 30 – 45 minutes by adjusting the heat setting to the
desired level each time it is used for the first time. Then proceed to the cooking process.
Make sure the potatoes that will be baked are clean and not wet. Place carefully the
potatoes in the lidded drawers without exceeding the capacity so that they won't cramped
together. You can put the baked potatoes in the compartment at the top of the oven to keep
them from cooling.
