Troubleshooting
1.
Mechanical problems: chains, spokes, buckled
wheels, loose pedals, 'clicking' sounds from the bot-
tom bracket, punctures, unsmooth gear changes.
If you are not able to resolve these, your local bike
shop will be able to assist you.
These problems usually result from wear and tear
so are not covered by our warranty and we will not
pay for parts or the labour charge to fit them.
If however any of these parts is faulty on arrival or
within the first 14 days, we will normally pay for
or contribute towards repair charges.
Please however seek our prior approval.
