Cause
The user has disabled →i-Fi
on their smart device.
The smart device and air
conditioner are connected to
different →i-Fi networks
when attempting to register.
The air conditioner is not
connected to →i-Fi.
Smart device is not
connected to the same
network as the air
conditioner.
The air conditioner is not
connected to the router.

Solution
Connect the mobile device to the internet.
Check if the router connected to the air
conditioner has internet access. (↔ou can
check by connecting the mobile device to
the router, then opening the website.) If
there is no access, connect the router to
the internet.
Check the →-LAN LED indicators on the
air conditioner. If the →-LAN LED lamp is
flashing or off, refer to
"Error code table
(→ireless LAN indicator)"
Solution
Connect the smart device to the internet.
Solution
Enable →i-Fi from the iOS setting.
Connect the smart device to the same
network as the air conditioner, then retry
the registration.
Check if the router connected to the air
conditioner has internet access. (↔ou can
check by connecting the smart device to
the router, then opening the website.) If
there is no access, connect the router to
the internet.
Connect the mobile device to the same
network as the air conditioner, then tap
register button.
Enter the →i-Fi setting on the smart device,
then check if the SSID of the air
conditioner (AP-→F-
) is connected. If
the air conditioner is connected, retry the
registration.
