We have an Isotherm 3531 model that has a CO2 alarm going off every 15 minutes. We do not even use the CO2 function. How can we deactivate the units CO2 alarm? It may have been a power outage that caused it to suddenly start alarming. It has the E11, E12, E13 message showing.
