Problem
Water flows on the rear
plate of the refrigerator.
There is too much con‐
densed water on the rear
wall of the refrigerator.
Water flows on the floor.
Temperature cannot be
set.
The temperature in the ap‐
pliance is too low/too high.
Possible cause
Temperature set in the ap‐
pliance is too low and the
ambient temperature is too
high.
During the automatic de‐
frosting process, frost
melts on the rear plate.
Door was opened too fre‐
quently.
Door was not closed com‐
pletely.
Stored food was not wrap‐
ped.
The melting water outlet is
not connected to the evap‐
orative tray above the com‐
pressor.
The Super Freeze function
is switched on.
The temperature is not set
correctly.
The door is not closed cor‐
rectly.
The food products' temper‐
ature is too high.
Many food products are
stored at the same time.
The door has been opened
often.
The Super Freeze function
is switched on.
There is no cold air circula‐
tion in the appliance.

Solution
Set a higher temperature.
Refer to "Operation" chap‐
ter.
This is correct. Dry the wa‐
ter with a soft cloth.
Open the door only when
necessary.
Make sure the door is
closed completely.
Wrap food in suitable
packaging before storing it
in the appliance.
Attach the melting water
outlet to the evaporative
tray.
Switch off the Super
Freeze function manually,
or wait until the function
deactivates automatically
to set the temperature. Re‐
fer to "Super Freeze func‐
tion" section.
Set a higher/lower temper‐
ature.
Refer to "Closing the door"
section.
Let the food products tem‐
perature decrease to room
temperature before stor‐
age.
Store less food products at
the same time.
Open the door only if nec‐
essary.
Refer to "Super Freeze
function" section.
Make sure that there is
cold air circulation in the
appliance. Refer to "Hints
and Tips" chapter.
