1. When looking into the system through the opening on the
back of your control unit you will find the speaker volume dial
located on the back of the left hand speaker. Adjust the
volume dial to a desirable level.
2. Additionally, the volume between different media sources can
be adjusted with the Digitarium remote control buttons labeled
-7 and +7. Press the -7 button to decrease the volume, and
+7 to increase the volume.
1. Verify that you are playing a video with audio or an audio
track.
2. Verify that the internal speaker volume is set loud enough to
be heard. When looking into the system through the open
access door you will find the speaker volume dial located on
the back of the left hand speaker.
3. Verify that the speaker cables are plugged into the control
unit. When looking into the system through the opening on the
back of your control unit you will find the audio cable plugged
into the outlet with a headphone symbol on the front of your
control unit. The speakers' USB power cable is plugged into a
USB hub in the front of the control unit. Make sure they are
both fully seated.
4. If those steps fail to resolve your problem, contact technical
support for further instructions.
