instructions could result in personal injury, destruction of the Rescue
Battery Charger, or damage to your property.

The Rescue® Battery Charger is designed for charging LEAD-ACID batteries only. DO
NOT USE THIS BATTERY CHARGER FOR OTHER TYPES OF BATTERIES; doing so
can cause damage to the battery or injury to persons.
WARNING

Risk of contact with battery acid. Battery acid is highly corrosive sulfuric acid. Use caution
when working with and around a battery.
• Do not use the Rescue
Battery Charger if case, battery clamps or cords are cut, cracked, or

damaged in any way
• Do touch the clamps or ring terminals to any conductive material or touch them to each other
• No lubrication is recommended or required
• Do not attempt to repair the unit or replace parts-unauthorized repairs will void your warranty
• If your Rescue
Battery Charger requires service, follow the directions in the warranty section

Battery Charger unit's case, as there are no user-serviceable parts.

Opening and closing the unit could cause electric shock or cause injury

• Do not expose the unit to excessive heat
