Channel one on the IK Multimedia iRig Pro Quattro I/O may not be working due to one of the following reasons:

1. The microphone is not properly connected. Always use an XLR-to-XLR balanced cable for microphones.
2. If using a dynamic microphone, phantom power must be turned OFF. Make sure the Phantom Power switch is OFF and the Phantom LED is off.
3. If using a condenser microphone, phantom power must be ON. Ensure the Phantom Power switch is ON and the Phantom LED is on.
4. In your audio software, the correct input (channel 1) may not be selected.
5. The gain for channel one may be too low. Adjust the gain knob to get a proper signal without clipping.

Check these settings to ensure channel one functions correctly.
