The operator must be trained with regard to responsibility and authority to
switch-off the machine in case of fault or in presence of other unsafe
conditions, both relating to the machine and to the work area.
NOTE: the owner shall provide qualified personnel for training both at the
time of delivery of the first units and later, if requested by the user or
by personnel.
