Troubleshooting
PROBLEM:
The brush head movement is weak or slow.
POSSIBLE CAUSE:
•
Toothbrush may require charging.
•
The area between the toothbrush head and the toothbrush
handle may need to be cleaned.
SOLUTION:
•
Check the charge level indicator to confirm there is charge
remaining. If not, charge the brush fully.
•
Remove toothbrush head and thoroughly clean the metal
shaft of the toothbrush handle as well as the inside of the
toothbrush head.
PROBLEM:
Increased pressure is required when brushing for
sufficient cleaning.
POSSIBLE CAUSE:
Brush head may be worn or damaged.
SOLUTION:
Replace the brush head at least every three months or when worn
or damaged. See page 18 for ordering instructions.
