Preparing for Use CONNECT TO POWER SOURCE Position the charging dock on a level, non-slippery surface in a convenient location near the desired power source. Be careful to situate both pieces so they are not in danger of falling or sliding into your sink, as neither thecharging dock nor the unit should ever be submerged in water. -

Troubleshooting PROBLEM: The toothbrush will not operate. POSSIBLE CAUSE: Toothbrush may require charging. SOLUTION: Check the charge level indicator to confirm there is charge re- maining. If not, charge the brush fully. PROBLEM: The toothbrush is not charging. POSSIBLE CAUSE: Toothbrush may not be properly inserted into the charging dock. - Page 14 Troubleshooting PROBLEM: The brush head movement is weak or slow. POSSIBLE CAUSE: • Toothbrush may require charging. • The area between the toothbrush head and the toothbrush handle may need to be cleaned.
