 Attaching a pH electrode
The pH electrode is packed separately. Pick up the pH electrode and assemble it with
peripheral pats in the flow cell.
Assemble unit
Holder HP
Liquid junction
1. Loosen the cap nut C and take out the holder HP.
2. Insert the liquid junction into the bottom of the holder HP.
3. Remove the guard nut from the pH electrode.

4. Set the O-ring (P22) on the pH electrode.
5. Insert the pH tip into the pH electrode bottom hole.
6. Remove the cap nut E and lead the pH electrode cable through the cap nut E.
7. Lead the pH electrode into the electrode holder, and fasten the cap nut E.
8. Screw the skirt HP to fasten the liquid junction.
9. Insert the electrode holder into the HP cell and lock it with cap nut C.
10. Connect the KCl delivery hose to the KCl tank inlet fitting of the electrode holder.
Note
The consumption of KCl solution will be 200 mL/month to 400 mL/month. Replenish the KCl solution
every 2 weeks or 3 weeks.
