To clean, wipe with a clean rag or blow compressed air on the jig.

Troubleshooting

Problem
The cabinet door is not aligned to
the correct overlay.

Adjusting for Cabinet Door Weight

While mounting doors that weigh more than 15 lbs., additional adjustment or shims may be
required for proper placement. Do not use with doors that exceed 25 lbs.

Possible Cause
The support arm is not in the
correct jig setting.
The cabinet door is too heavy for
the jig setting.
The support arm is bent or
damaged.
Solution
Check the jig setting placement and
realign the cabinet door.
Move the support arm up one
setting or add shims.
