WARNING
Connecting the soldering station incorrectly poses a risk of injury and damage to the device. Risk of burns
from the soldering tool while the soldering station is operating.
• Read the safety instructions and operating instructions all the way through and observe the specified
precautionary measures before operating the soldering station.
• Always place the soldering iron in the safety holder when not in use.
• Observing locally applicable accident prevention regulations.
1. Carefully unpack the device.
2. Connect the soldering iron as follows:
Insert the soldering iron with connector into the connecting socket on the control unit and turn clock-
wise to lock.
3. Place the soldering tool in the safety holder.
4. Check whether the main supply voltage matches that indicated on the rating plate and whether main
power switch is OFF.
5. Connect the control unit to the main supply.
6. Switch ON the device at the main power switch.

PRODUCT FEATURES

• The Soldering Station 75 adopts the latest PID microprocessor technology for precise temperature
control, it tests every 20ms iron temperature and corrects it, the temperature is more stable and errors
are lower. It fits very easily and very quickly the temperature solder type to perform.
• The Soldering Station 75 has a large heating element, which brings more speed and temperature sta-
bility and a longer life. The unit is equipped with an anti-static device to prevent electrostatic damage to
sensitive electronic components.
A. Sleep mode:
The Soldering Station 75 has an automatic detection of iron status. When not in use, the Soldering
Station 75 enters sleep mode and the temperature drops to 200 °C to prevent oxidation of the iron
tip and extend his lifetime.
Sleep time mode can be set from 0-99 minutes in steps of 1 minute.
"0 min" = Sleep mode OFF.
B. AUTO-OFF function:
Once the iron is in standby mode, the "AUTO-OFF" function starts the countdown and if the solder-
ing iron is not used again, the soldering station is turned off, to avoid wear of equipment and saves
energy.
AUTO-OFF time can be set from 0 to 99 minutes in steps of 1 minute.
"0 min" = AUTO-OFF mode OFF.
C. Celsius / Fahrenheit temperature display:
You can choose to display the temperature in degrees Celsius or Fahrenheit.
