5.5 Lubrication

Lubrication of the operating mechanism is necessary only
every 10 years or every 5,000 operating cycles.
In general, the circuit breaker requires only moderate
lubrication at regular intervals and all excess must be
removed with a clean cloth to prevent any accumulation of
dust or dirt. Avoid any lubricant on insulation or other
electrical parts.
Moving parts should then be moved slightly to let the
grease penetrate and become properly distributed.
Now operate the breaker several times manually.
Our recommended grease for lubrication is Shell Albania
No. 2.
The points to be lubricated inside of mechanism housing
are shown in Fig. 5-2.

동작 메커니즘의 주유는 매 10년, 혹은 5,000회의 ON/OFF 동작 후에
필요합니다.
일반적으로 차단기는 주기적인 간격으로 조금의 주유를 필요로 하며, 많이
주유가 되었을 때는 깨끗한 천으로 닦아서 그곳에 습기나 먼지가 축적되는
것을 막아야 합니다.
주유시는 절연 부위나 전기적인 부위는 피하십시오.
움직이는 부위는 주유 후에 동작시킴으로써 주유를 골고루 퍼지게 하고,
차단기를 수동으로 몇 회 동작하십시오.
사용되어지는 그리스는 shell albania No.2를 추천합니다.
주유해야 할 부위는 그림 5-2에 나타내었습니다.
