5.3 Contact Erosion Limit
Since the contacts are contained inside the interrupter,
they remain clean and require no maintenance. However,
during high current interrupters there may be a minimum
amount of erosion from the contact surfaces. Maximum
permitted erosion is 3 mm. To determine contact erosion,
close the breaker and observe the vacuum interrupter
moving stem from the rear of the breaker. If the WHITE
MARK on each stem is visible, the erosion has not reached
maximum value thus indicating satisfactory contact surface
of the interrupter. If only the half of the white mark or less
is visible, the vacuum interrupter must be replaced.

5.3 접점 마모 한계
접점이 진공밸브 안에 있어 깨끗하게 유지되며 보수가 필요하지 않지만,
차단기에 높은 전류가 흐를 때 접점 표면에서 소량의 마모가 생길 수 있습
니다. 최대 접점 마모 한계는 3 mm입니다. 접점 마모 정도를 확인하려면,
우선 투입시킨 상태에서 차단기 뒷편 진공밸브의 가동 도체 부분의 흰색
마크(mark)를 보십시오. 만약 흰색 마크의 반, 혹은 그 이하가 보일 경우는
진공밸브를 교체해야 합니다.
