Structure and Operation
Excessive weight can cause serious injury or
damage.
To avoid this situation, Do not transport the breaker
on a lifting facility in the raised position
Make sure that the breaker and cradle have
same rating when inserting and withdrawing the
breaker.
The sticker and name plate with rating are attached on
the product.
1) Checking before inserting the
breaker in to the switchgear
Before putting the breaker into the
cradle or switchgear, check whether all
parts of the breaker are in the righ
position as follows.
�CLOSE/OPEN INDICATOR:
displays "OPEN"
�POSITION INDICATOR:
displays "DISCONNECTION"
�MANUAL LOCKER:
located in "UNLOCK" position
2) Inserting to the disconnection position
Put the breaker to the switchgear or
cradle and push it slowly until it stops.
When it is stopped, set the manual lock
handle to the LOCK position.
This is the disconnection position.
3) Inserting to the connection position
After checking that the break is open
in the disconnection position, insert
the handle into the fixing screw head and
turn it in a clockwise direction so that the
breaker moves to the connection
position. When the breaker is in the
connection position check that the
position indicator
displays the "CONNECTION."
4) Withdrawing the breaker
First of all, open the breaker and put the
handle into the fixing screw head and
turn in a countclockwis direction to
withdraw the breaker. The position
indicator will display "DISCONNECTION"
when the breaker reaches the
disconnection position.
To withdraw the breaker fully from the
cradle, put the manual locker to the
unlock state and pull the breaker out
slowly.

과도한 무게가 나가는 제품은 심각한 인명 피해, 기타 사고를
일으킬 수 있습니다.
높게 올려진 상태에서 차단기를 이동하지 마시고, 절대 차단기
밑에 서있거나 지나가는 일이 없어야 합니다.
차단기와 크레들의 사양이 일치하는지 반드시 확인하여 주십시오.
크레들과 차단기에 제품의 사양이 표시되어 있습니다.
반드시 확인 후 사양이 일치하도록 하십시오.

1) 설치전 VCB 상태 확인
크래들이나 배전반에 차단기를 설치하기 전에
차단기의 상태는 다음과 같이 되어야 합니다.
�개폐 표시기: "OPEN"
�위치 표시기: "DISCONNECTION"
�Manual Locker: "UNLOCK"
2) Disconnection 위치로 장착
차단기를 배전반이나 크래들 위에 놓고 멈출 때
까지 천천히 밉니다. 차단기가 멈추면, manual
lock handle을 LOCK 위치로 놓습니다.
이 위치가 disconnection 위치입니다.
3) Connection 위치로 인입
disconnection 위치에서 차단기가 open 상태
임을 다시 한번 확인 후, 인출입용 핸들을
fixing screw head에 넣고 시계 방향으로 돌리
면 차단기가 connection 위치로 이동하게
됩니다. 차단기가 connection 위치에 도달하게
되면, 위치 표시기는"CONNECTION" 을 표시합
니다.
4) 차단기의 인출
우선 차단기를 open시킨 후 인출입용 핸들을
fixing screw head에 넣고 반시계 방향을
돌리면 차단기가 인출을 하기 시작합니다.
차단기가 disconnection 위치에 오면 위치 표시
기는"DISCONNECTION" 를 표시합니다.
차단기를 크레들이나 배전반에서 완전히 인출
시키기 위해서는 manual locker를 UNLOCK
위치에 놓고 차단기를 서서히 꺼냅니다.
