Handling and Installing the Breaker
Wipe the connecting surface with a dry cloth to remove dirt
and dust before connecting maincircuit bus-bars and earth
terminal and be careful not to shock the draw-out unit and
breaker.
Note Refer to our catalogue "HAF&HVF Vacuum Circuit
Breaker" for mounting hole size of the each draw-out
unit and earth terminal's size.
Heavy weight!
Please use lifter to remove or install the breaker in the
upper position of the switchgear.
Do not stand below the lifted breaker.

3.5 Inspection Before Operation

1) Check to see if the breaker is installed properly.
2) Operate the breaker a few times manually to ensure
that the breaker is closed and opened smoothly.
Then, operate the breaker using the motor operating
mechanism with the auxiliary power, and check the
ON/OFF indicator and charged state of the closing spring
3) Check that no tools and materials are left near the breaker.
4) Ground all possible parts of circuit breaker.
Charged closing or tripping spring can cause
serious injury.
To avoid this situation, always be attentive to the
mechanism of sudden movement before taking any
action on the circuit breaker. Discharge The springs⑩
and open the breakers before performing any breaker
maintenance, inspection or repair.

3.6 Manual Operation

1) Insert the handle-crank in the hole and turn it clockwise
until the indicator displays "SPRING CHARGED".
2) Press the "ON" button. Be sure to check that the breaker is
closed and the ON/OFF indicator displays "CLOSE".
3) Press the "OFF" button. And be sure to check that the
breaker is opened and the ON/OFF indicator displays "OPEN".
4) Operate 2~3 times as mentioned sequence.
Finally, check that no tools and materials are left near
the breaker.

취급설명
인출형 차단기 설치 후 부스 바(Bus-bar) 연결 및 접지 작업을 하며, 작업
시 차단기에 무리한 힘이 걸리지 않도록 주의 하십시오.
주의 차단기 type별 입출입 유니트의 mounting hole 치수, 주회로
접지 단자부의 치수는 당사 카탈로그"HAF&HVF Vacuum
Circuit Breaker"참조하십시오.
과도한 무게가 나가는 제품은 중상, 재산 파괴, 혹은 사망을 일으킵니다.
차단기를 switchgear에 넣거나 꺼낼 경우에는 항상 lifter를 사용
하십시오.
들려져있는 차단기의 아래에 서있지 마십시오.
3.5 운전 전 점검사항
1) 차단기가 바르게 설치되었는지 확인합니다.
2) 먼저 수동으로 조작하고 이상이 없을 시, 제어회로에 전원을 공급하고
동작시킵니다.
3) 최종 점검을 하고 설치에 사용한 공구, 자재가 남겨져 있는지 확인합니다.
4) 차단기의 모든 접지 부분을 접지합니다.
차지된 투입, 트립 스프링은 중상을 일으킬 수 있습니다.
차단기와 관련해 작업을 하시기 전에, 항상 메커니즘 부품의 빠른
움직임에 주의하십시오.
차단기의 보수∙검사를 하시기 전에 반드시 투입 스프링의 차지를
해제하고 차단기가 트립된 상태에서 해야합니다.
3.6 차단기의 수동 조작 설명
1) 수동 핸들을 그림과 같이 차단기 전면 수동 핸들용 홀에 넣고 시계 방향
으로 돌리면 스프링이 차지된 후, spring charged indicator가 "SPRING
CHARGED" 를 표시합니다.
2) 투입 버튼을 손으로 누르면 차단기가 투입된 후 ON/OFF indicator가
"CLOSE" 를 표시합니다.
3) 다음 트립 버튼을 손으로 누르면 차단기가 트립되고 ON/OFF indicator
가"OPEN" 을 표시합니다.
4) 상시 개폐동작을 2~3회 반복하여 차단기의 이상이 없음을 확인한 후,
차단기 주위에 공구나 기타 자재가 남아있지 않도록 합니다.
