    Getting Started Auto Programs When massage chair is operating, press the AUTO button on the remote control to enter Auto Program Menu. Choose from Sports Refresh, Extension, Rest & Sleep, Working Relief, Neck & Shoulder, Waist & Spine, MemoryA, or MemoryB. Press OK to enter the program you desire.
