Specifies the system clock mode to "Internal" or "External."

Internal:
The system synchronizes to a clock pulse provided by the
internal clock on the TSW card.

External:
The system synchronizes to a clock pulse provided by the
Digital Network.
Note
• "External" should be selected, when the system is connected
to the Digital Network.
