Riding mode (02_01, 02_02, 02_03, 02_04, 02_05)

The vehicle is equipped with an electric motor powered with battery by specific trac-
tion. The various functioning modes that can be selected are the following:
•
POWER: the electric motor supplies the highest performance reaching a
maximum speed of 45 km/h
•
ECO: It is an energy saving riding mode, in this mode the riding autonomy is
increased. In this configuration the maximum speed goes down to 30 km/h.
•
REVERSE GEAR: The vehicle speed in this mode goes down to 2 km/h.
It is possible to select the operating mode with the HY TECH key located on the right-
hand push button panel of the handlebar. When this key is pressed the three operating
modes are displayed. While scrolling the menu looking for the desired mode the indi-
cation on the instrument panel is flashing; when the desired mode is displayed, keep
the HY TECH key pressed for one second: the indication stops flashing and remains
fixed on the display. Only now the mode is selected.
The switch from one mode to the other can be done with the vehicle in movement
excluding reverse gear. In this case it must be locked before selecting this last mode.
As soon as the key switches to «ON», the display shows the riding autonomy following

the chosen mode. The tree modes are flashing.
The autonomy also varies according to the rider riding mode. For this reason an es-
timation of the autonomy is made depending on the last five riding minutes.
Every time the key is switched to «OFF» or the riding mode is changed, the autonomy
value is reset to zero. At this point the new autonomy will consider the state of the
battery charge only.
