My Nordic Track Audio Strider 600 will only go backwards, not forwards.

A possible cause for the NordicTrack AudioStrider 600 only moving backwards and not forwards could be rubbing or obstruction involving the Discs (12) and Side Shields (14, 15). If the discs rub during use, check that the Center Foot (40) is properly attached to the Frame (1). Also, inspect for any loose or misaligned parts and ensure all components are assembled correctly.
