CHAPTER 2 OPERATIONS AND TIMING
The host copier uses the results of detection made by the machine (i.e., lengths in vertical
and horizontal directions) to identify the size of a specific original in terms of a default size.
An original may be identified as being one of the following default sizes:
d. A-Configured DADF, A/B-Configured DADF

Each default size allows a margin of ±10 mm in vertical direction and ±5 mm in horizon-
tal direction; a size falling outside will be identified as being a non-default size.
