CHAPTER 5 TROUBLESHOOTING

If the stop position
leading edge of the copyboard glass when
the machine is opened (after pressing the
push switch (SW3) of the DADF controller
PCB once and the copy paper stopped on
the copyboard glass),
Close the machine carefully, leaving the
copy paper on the copyboard glass.
To move the stop position of the copy pa-
per 1.0 mm to the rear (i.e., 1.0 mm ÷ 0.34
= 2.94), the push switch (SW1) needs to be
pressed three times.
Press the push switch (SW1) three times
and then the push switch (SW3) once so
that the copy paper will be discharged and
the new setting will bostored.
