2.2.2 Air

NOTE:
Ensure the Fuel, Air, and Sample input lines are disconnected.
1) Connect a digital flow meter to the Detector Vent on the back of the TGD.
2) From the Main screen, press the ← or → key. Go to the Setup menu and select Flow Cal.
3) Use the ← arrow to select Air. Press Enter to open the Flow Calibration screen (Zero Point).
4) Allow time to stabilize, minimum 2 minutes, and then press Enter to accept the zero point.
NOTE:
Keep the detector elevated to ensure no liquid enters from the detector
vent.
5) The Span Point Calibration screen is now shown.
6) Reconnect the Air line to the TGD and apply 20 psi to the air inlet port.
