13.4 Discoloration of the burners
After long use, the brass burner parts become darker
due to natural oxidation. This discolouration does not
affect their usability.
13.5 Cleaning the pan support manually
Clean the wok ring in the same way as the pan sup-
port.
WARNING ‒ Risk of burns!
The appliance becomes hot during operation.
Allow the appliance to cool down before cleaning.
Carefully remove the pan support.
