At night when the car is charging should the FNR switch be turned off or left on? And I’m assuming it should be left on when the vehicle is being used during the day, true?

The FNR (Forward/Neutral/Reverse) switch should be set to Neutral (N) when the vehicle is not in use, such as during charging at night. During daytime use, the FNR switch should be set to Forward (F) or Reverse (R) depending on the direction of travel.

Indicators, Gauges, And Displays Fuel Gauge FUEL GAUGE The fuel gauge gives a visual indication of the fuel level. The fuel gauge operates when the key switch is set to ON. HOUR METER The hour meter gives a visual indication of the total engine run time. The hour meter operates when the engine is on.
Vehicle Controls Hazard Light Switch The Forward / Neutral / Reverse control (FNR) POSITION FUNCTION sets the direction of vehicle movement. Forward Stop the vehicle to change the FNR position. The engine will not operate when the FNR is set to (Center Neutral Position)
Vehicle Controls Key Switch KEY SWITCH The key switch controls the engine and electrical system. A key is used to select the key switch position. The key can only be inserted or removed when the key switch set to OFF. Vehicles with this key switch are pedal-start vehicles. POSITION CONDITION Normal position when the vehicle is not in use.
