To lubricate the ProForm Performance 350i treadmill:
1. Unplug the machine. 2. Wipe down the belt, deck, and rollers with a clean cloth. 3. Locate the lubrication port underneath the front of the machine near the base. 4. Apply a thin layer of treadmill-specific lubricant (like silicone or paraffin wax) to the belt using an applicator or clean cloth. 5. Plug the machine back in and run it for 10–15 minutes to spread the lubricant evenly. 6. Wipe off any excess lubricant from the belt and deck.
Lubricate every 3–6 months, depending on usage, and follow the manufacturer's instructions for best results.
