Q19: How can I avoid bringing several sheets of paper into the printing job?
A19: 1. Make sure your paper is Hi-Ti photo paper.
2. Make sure your paper is not a used one.
3. Make sure the printable side of the paper faces upward.
Q20: What size of paper should I use for printing ?
A20: Please use Hi-Ti 4x6-inch photo paper, 4x4 sticker, or 4/2/4 sticker.

Why the color on the printed photo is different from that seen in the
computer?
A1:
1. First, you have to know how color is created. The monitor shows
red,green, and blue.

How to improve the printing quality if it is unacceptable?

1. Make sure you use the actual size to print the photo. If you use low
resolution photo and enlarg it to print, the printed photo will be very
unclear.
2. Check the paper setting matches with the paper you put in.
3. Check the paper is facing upward.
4. Check your paper is Hi-Ti photo paper. Hi-Ti paper is exclusive for
printing high quality photo.
5. Try to print from different computer. It can eliminate the problems
of using bad transmission wire, bad USB port, or bad software.
