Record any significant safety-related intervention/defect/damage in the attached form. For operations not covered in the maintenance list, please contact Chinesport Service Centre. Only the manufacturer can repair the actuators, gearcases, controls and battery chargers, which on no account must be opened or tampered with. Otherwise the manufacturer will be no longer responsible for the equipment, whose warranty will cease to be valid. -
