Water Tank
Ice Tray
Water Supply Pipe and Tank Holder
Once a month
1
Pull out the water supply
pipe and wipe the tank
holder with a clean cloth.
Do not pour water into the tank
holder. Doing so may cause a
malfunction.

Disassemble and wash the parts.
Twist the water supply pipe left/
right while removing it.
There may be white minerals or
chlorine accumulation on the parts.
This is not abnormal. Wash off such
substances and reuse the parts.
It is easier to disassemble/assemble when wet.

Follow the procedure in
reverse to return the parts
to their original positions.
Push in the water supply pipe
firmly so that there is no lifting.
Lifting may cause malfunction.

Install the water tank and
check that there are no
foreign substances between
it and the water supply pipe.
Install so there is no gap.
There is a risk of abnormal noise,
being unable to make ice, freezing
of the water in the water tank, or
freezing of food in the refrigerator
compartment.

Open the door of the ice
making compartment and
unlock the ice tray lock lever.
Ice Tray Lock Lever
is displayed on the operation panel.
If the alarm sounds continuously, lock the ice tray
lock lever and close the door, then wait for
blinking before trying again.

Pull the ice tray towards
you to remove it.
There is a risk of water spilling.
Pull out the tray slowly.

Empty the ice tray and wash it.
After washing the tray, dry off any moisture.
Do not use a sponge, scrubber, or similar item.
Scratches may cause malfunction.

Install the ice tray.
Push in the ice tray until it makes
a clicking sound, and then lock
the ice tray lock lever.

To purchase a new filter, contact the retail
store where you purchased the refrigerator.
