Connect the boiler flow and boiler return to the appropriate connections on the boiler.
See above for the connections.
In order to prevent reverse circulation, a check-valve must be fitted behind the heating
circuit pump(s).
A safety group must be fitted.
It must not be possible to shut off the connecting line between the boiler and the safety
valve!
Connect floor heating via a four-way mixer.
System isolation by means of a heat exchanger is necessary for pipes or air conditioned
floors that are not proof against diffusion.
The boiler and the heating equipment may only be filled when a safety valve that accords
with regulations (maximum opening pressure 3 bar) has been fitted to the boiler's
"venting" connection.
In order to fill the heating equipment, fit a filling and emptying cock to the "emptying and
filling " connection, and connect a water hose.
When filling the equipment, watch the pressure indication on the safety group.
Check the safety valve for correct operation.
Vent the boiler (automatic venting valve).
Switch the equipment off and allow it to cool.
Open the emptying cock at the boiler.
Open the venting valves at the radiators.
To avoid falling below the dew point, the following minimum boiler powers are
necessary in the 1st stage of 2-stage burners:
