3.1.5 Removing the 5DVD changer mechanism assembly

(See Figs.10 to 13)

• Remove the top cabinet, rear cabinet and amplifier board.

(1) From the top side of the main body, release the claws b

and remove the amplifier board holder from the 5DVD

changer mechanism assembly. (See Fig.10.)

(2) From the top side of the main body, remove the two screws

J from the main body. (See Fig.11.)

(3) From the both sides of the main body, remove the two

screws K and then remove the 5DVD changer mechanism

assembly from the main body in the direction of the arrow.

(See Fig.12.)

(4) From the top side of the 5DVD changer mechanism as-

sembly, remove the four screws M and remove the base 1

and base 2. (See Fig.13.)

Reference:

When removing the CD doors, release the claws c of the CD

doors and then remove the five CD doors from the 5DVD

changer mechanism assembly. (See Fig.13.)

Note:

When releasing the claws c, take care not to break them. (See

Fig.13.)
