5.2 Indoor unit

5.2.1 Removing the service cover

1 Unscrew the 2 screws which are fixed to the lower front
cover and remove it.
2 Unscrew the 2 screws on the bottom of the upper front
cover.
3 Unscrew the screw on the top of the upper front cover
and remove it.

5.2.2 Replacement of the LCD Controller

1 Insert the tip of a slotted screwdriver into the notches
at the bottom of the holding bracket, push and turn
the slotted screwdriver and then remove the holding
bracket from the remote control switch.

C A U T I O N
• Take care, do not damage the LCD when removing the service
cover.
• Pay attention of no falling off the service cover.
• Take care when removing service cover; the parts inside the
unit could be hot.

N O T E
• When reassembling, proceed in reverse way than disassem-
bling.
• Please note that for the maintenance operations described be-
low, it will be necessary to remove the maintenance cover as
a first step.
2 Unplug the CN2 connector -1- from the LCD controller.
3 Remove the fixing screws (x4) -1- of the LCD controller
to the tank.

When reassembling, proceed in reverse way than disassembling.
