Outdoor unit

Disconnect the units from the power supply before touching any of the parts. Do not touch the electrical box before discon-
necting it in order to avoid an electrical shock.
Wait minimum 10 minutes or more from all power supplies have been turned OFF.
When handling the electrical box, take care of components. Do not apply excessive force to them, in order to avoid damaging
the electrical components.
In case of replacing Hydraulic parts, drain water from the unit its needed. Close Shutdown valves and open the drain valves
(both field-supplied).

C A U T I O N
In case of replacing refrigerant parts, collect refrigerant to the outdoor unit by pump down procedure.
Do not expose the refrigerant cycle to the atmosphere for a long period in order to avoid mixing the water and foreign parti-
cles into the refrigerant cycle. After removing refrigerant parts, replace it quickly. If exposed for a long period, seal the liquid
pipe and gas pipe.
All refrigerant parts are connected by brazing. Check to ensure whether there are flammable things around or not when
using a burner for pipe connections, if not, oil existing pipe inside may ignite.
When performing brazing work, besides security gloves it is a must to wear convenient eye protection.
In case of blocked or stacked parts, use appropriated tools and eventually lubricants to release them.
In case of sharped edged parts, as covers, use security gloves to avoid getting injured.
Take care with the LCD display of the unit controller while removing the frame.
Pay attention of no falling off the service cover.
Take care when removing service cover; the parts inside the unit could be hot.
Before power on the unit, fill the DHW tank with water following the procedure described in section
with
water".
5.1 Outdoor unit

5.1.1 Procedure for disassembly and reassembly the outdoor unit

1 Remove the service valve cover lock screws and lower
the cover to remove it.
2 Remove the top cover lock screw and raise the cover to
remove it.

3 Remove the electrical box lock screw.
4 Remove the terminal cover lock screw.
5 Remove each connector and earth cable from the lead
wire. Then,remove the electrical box .
