Manuals will be updated at ClimbTech's discretion in order to ensure most up to date information is received by the
customer and end user without affecting product delivery time.
Manuals will be updated at ClimbTech's discretion EXCEPT for the boxed regions on the attached manual. The
representative who signs this form must clearly mark boxes around regions they wish to remain constant. If ClimbTech
requires/recommends a change within a boxed region, the customer will be notified upon order of this product. At that time,
this form will be revised and re-approved. Order lead times do not begin until the signed and completed form is received.
No updates to manuals can be made without approval. If ClimbTech requires/recommends a change, the customer will be

Customer provides manuals. An electronic copy of the manual must be provided as a pdf exactly as the customer intends to
receive it. In this instance it is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and compliant information to the end user.

options, ClimbTech reserves the right to include tracking information (batch numbers, manufacture dates, etc.) at our discretion in
order to provide traceability. The customer also recognizes that all changes listed in "Appendix A" deviate from ClimbTech's
recommendation and the customer assumes all responsibility related to these changes in the approved product manual, label, or
packaging. By signing in the box below, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions and the representative certifies that they
are authorized to approve the contents of this form.
