1. Version Display Mode

1.1. Actions
Version information is displayed when the device is started in this mode.
1.2. Starting up
(1) While the power is On, hold down buttons "Action", "VOL-" and "VOL+" for at least 5 seconds.
(2) FIRMWARE version is displayed by LED.

2. Factory Reset Mode

The factory reset can be restored at any time. All user data and configuration information are cleared,
and the product is restored to the same state as it was when loaded at the factory.
The firmware is not downgraded.
2.1. Starting up
(1) While the power is On, hold down buttons "Action" for at least 25 seconds.
(2) When the voice guide gives a notification that factory reset is starting, release the "Action" button.
(3) The light bar starts to display animation in Amber, and the initialization starts.
(4) The unit restarts, Amber light repeatedly moves through the light bar, and the unit enters "Setup
mode".
The following functions are reset to the default state.
1 Volume
2 Voice Adjust
3 Bass
4 Sound Mode
5 Night Mode
6 Learned IR codes are cleared
7 All BT and HDMI information is cleared
8 Wi-Fi credentials are cleared
9 Amazon account information is cleared
The following functions are not reset.
1 Subwoofer pairing information
2 Current firmware
3 WiFi Locale
3. Log Submission Mode

3.1. Actions
This mode uploads logs to the server to perform operational analysis of the software.
3.2. Starting up
(1) While the power is on and the unit is connected to the internet, hold down buttons "Action" and
"Microphone" until a chime sound comes from the unit.
(2) When requesting operational analysis of the software, report the MAC address of the product and
the approximate time of log submission.
