TROUBLESHOOTING CONTINUED
Included DYMO software needs to be installed on computer in order for it to
recognize printer.
Tear off any labels that have already fed through the printer.
Press the label release lever forward and pull the jammed label out of the label
feed slot.
Make sure labels are loaded properly and that the left edge of the label is
aligned with the left edge of the label feed slot. See "Loading Labels" on page 2.
Sensors need to be cleaned.
Verify labels are Dymo brand only. Other brands of labels will not work in this
printer.
