If parts are missing or the appliance has been damaged, contact the Customer Services Team.

Operating Your Heater Always choose a safe location for the heater, keeping in mind the safety precautions outlined. Ensure all packaging has been removed from the unit before use. Please follow the below instructions. WARNING: In order to avoid overheating or fire, do not cover the heater. WARNING: Keep all objects at least 1 metre from the front, sides and rear of the appliance.

Assembly Before using this appliance, remove all packing. Check to ensure that all parts of this heater, cord and plug are not damaged. Confirm all parts before disposing of carton. Do not leave packaging materials like bags and staples within reach of children or animals.

Operating Your Heater Your heater can be controlled by the Remote Control (included) or via the unit itself. For both types of operation, ensure the power switch on the side of the heater is switched on. The indicator light will turn red.
In non-domestic use Goldair limits the voluntary warranty to three months. Goldair undertake to repair or replace this product at no charge if found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault during the warranty period.
