4.4 Updating the firmware

1. Get the latest firmware from RATIO-
NAL customer service and via the Ser-
vice Partner Portal.
Logging in
1. In a web browser, open the address
https://192.168.11.1 or a different pre-
viously set IP address. Accept the nec-
essary certificates.
2. Enter the user name and the password
on the screen. The user name is set as
root and the password as Rational as

Updating the firmware
1. Select the menu System/ Firmware
Update .
2. Press the Flash Firmware button.
3. Press the Browse button. Select the
firmware file saved on the computer.
4. Press the Upload button.
5. Remove the checkmark in the Keep
settings field.

The settings are reset.
6. Confirm the update with the Proceed
button.

Wait until the green LED goes out.
The blue LED lights up.

The device must not be switched
off.
7. Wait a few minutes until the green
LED flashes. The device can be ac-
cessed again. Log in again.
