Once launched you should see the program as below:

You can then go to File->Open, and the open dialogue will appear. Navigate to the "c:\Spark\Saber1" folder and
then go into one of the fonts to edit. When you see the SCONFIG.INI appear in the window, double click it or
select it and click open to load the program for editing this font. Note that you must select the SCONFIG.INI file; it
is not a folder selection.
