Safety Cautions

Machine operators must read the following cautionary items thoroughly and
completely.
Until all the cautionary items are fully understood, DO NOT switched on the machine's
power supply. Please comply with the specified instructions to prevent any untoward
incidents occurrence.
1. Cautions When Using The Machine
This machine is for die bonding processing in semiconductors manufacturing. Do
not use this machine for any other purposes. If used for other purposes,
unexpected machine damage or human injury may occur. Our company shall not
bear any responsibility for any damages or accidents suffered thereof.
This machine has been designed and manufactured to include machine's safety
factors. However, to predict all dangers and wrongful usage in actual sense is
almost impossible and therefore elimination of all potential dangers cannot be
done.
Please read this manual carefully and operate the machine in the correct way in
order to avoid these unseen dangers.
For safety of machine's operator, please comply with established laws and local
regulations.
Our company shall not be liable for any damages caused by overhaul and
modification done by your company for non-related purposes.
2. Cautions When Operating The Machine
Until this manual is carefully read, DO NOT switch on the machine's power
supply.
Please wear suitable clothing when operating this machine. Please remove any
ornamental body accessories such as necklaces before operating this machine as
it may get entangled into the machine and cause major physical injury.
If any machine abnormality is detected during machine's operation, immediately
inform the machine controlling person and follow his instruction for further
action.
Do not open the safety cover during machine's operation. If the cover is opened
during operation, the machine may not be able to operate normally and create
risk to surrounding workers.
Do not leave any tools etc nearby the machine's moving part.
During machine's operation, do not drop any dies, lead frames or tools into the
machine. If it is dropped in, do not at any time put in your hands into the moving
machine.
Immediately inform the machine's controlling person and follow his instruction
for further actions. If hands are entered into the machine during its operation,
machine's moving part crush it and cause major physical injury.
Do not operate, repair or adjust the machine if unwell.
