Request for additional order of manual due to the loss of manual
Ordering of serviced spare parts
Ordering of maintenance spare parts
Ordering of warning label due to loss or damage
Pre-notification on machine's disposal and overhaul

5. Warrantee and Liability Exemption

The following are the warrantees for the purchased machine.

5.1 Warrantee Period

Warrantee period of delivered machine with 8 hours daily operation time is 1
year.
Our company shall bear the machine's repair cost if the machine's failure is due to
our internal non-conformances. If the responsibility is not clear, a separate
agreement must be established.

5.2 Warrantee Valid Scope

The following will not be included in the warrantee even though the warrantee
period has not expired.
However, if there is a request, immediate repairing advice or support will be given.
Failure that is clearly out of our company's scope of responsibility
Failure due to natural calamities or accidents
Failure due to modification done by your company, without the agreement
from our company
Failure due to insufficient servicing and checking during the machine's
maintenance, installation, replenishment and adjustment work carried out
by your company
