How to use the hob

1 For melting operations (butter, chocolate).

2 To maintain food hot and to heat small quantities of
3 liquid (sauces, eggs).

4 To heat bigger quantities; to whip creams and
5 sauces. (vegetables, fruits, soups).

6 Slow boiling, i.e.: boiled meats, spaghetti, soups,
7 continuations of steam cooking of roasts, stews,
potatoes.
7 For every kind of frying, cutlets, uncovered cooking,
8 i.e.: risotto.
8 Browning of meats, roasted potatoes, fried fish,
9 omelettes, and for boiling large quantities of water.
