Starting Siri
b Siri must be activated in the settings of the
iPhone you are using.
b The ignition and PCM are switched on.
b No phone call is active.
b Park Assist is not active.
b PCM voice control is not active.
1. Press and hold the button on the steering
wheel.
2. Say the desired voice command.
Ending Siri
b Siri active and waiting for a voice command.

Press the button on the steering wheel.

Switching between Apple CarPlay and the
use of the iPhone as an iPod
If the connected iPhone is connected as an iPod, Ap-
ple CarPlay is not available. You can switch between
using the iPhone as an iPod and Apple CarPlay using
the Device Manager.
1. To open the Device Manager, select
(depending on the connection status) in the
status area.

2. Select the Apple CarPlay icon for the phone
you are using.

Select the iPod icon for the iPhone you are
using.
�� The icon for the current iPhone use is
highlighted in color and shows the current
connection (Apple CarPlay or iPod).
Opening Wireless Apple CarPlay
Wireless CarPlay (availability depending on the
equipment and country) enables Apple CarPlay to be
used without cables. Wireless CarPlay only supports
one active cellphone at a time.
b Bluetooth® and WiFi functions of the cellphone
are activated and visible for other devices.
b Wireless CarPlay is activated on the cellphone.
b Bluetooth® and WiFi functions of the vehicle are
activated.

on the connection status) and select Apple
CarPlay e Search in the menu under Connec-
tion Manager.

3. Confirm that Apple CarPlay is being used.
�� Apple CarPlay opens. The available apps
are displayed.
After you have connected your iPhone once, Apple
CarPlay starts automatically whenever you get into
the vehicle. You can therefore leave your cellphone
in your bag, pants pocket, etc. (Bluetooth® and WiFi
functions must be activated).
Alternatively, Wireless CarPlay can be connected as
follows:
