Erasing the selected file
1. Press the FOLDER/REPEAT button repeatedly to
select the folder ("A", "B", "C", "D" or "M") in the stop
mode.
2. Press the f or e button to select the file to be erased.
3. Press the ERASE button once.
• The file number and "ERASE" blink.
4. While the display is blinking, press and hold down
the ERASE button again for at least 2 seconds.
The selected file is erased.
Erasing all files in the selected folder
1. Select the folder to be erased.
2. Press and hold down the ERASE
button for at least 2 seconds.
• The folder name and "ERASE"
blink.
• When no operation is made for 5
seconds, file erasing is cancelled.
• If you do not want to erase, press the n button.
3. While the display is blinking, press and hold down
the ERASE button again for at least 2 seconds.
All the files in the selected folder are erased.
NOTE:
The file number after the file number to erase will
automatically adjust. (Ex. Erasing File 2 of File 1,
2 and 3 cause File 3 to become File 2, resulting in
Files 1 and 2 remaining .)
