For details on each item, refer to the reference page. There are two types of the AMF-250 Auto Media Feeder-the Standard Type attached with the JV3- 250SP plotter on factory shipment and the Option Type added with an existing JV3-250SP. -
Page 17: Switching On The Power Supply
Switching on the Power Supply The Auto Media Feeder does not have the power switch. When the power switch of the plotter is turned on, the power switch of the Auto Media Feeder is turned on. Make sure that AC code is connected to the plotter. Turn on the [Main Power switch] located on the rear face of the plotter and the [Power Switch] located on the front face of the plotter to start the operation of the plotter and the Auto Media Feeder. -

Set the Switch-Changeover/Action STEPS: 1. After turning on the power switch of the plot- ter, setup the operation switch of the Auto Media Feeder. Page 21: Set The Media On The Auto Media Feeder
Set the Media on the Auto Media Feeder Execute the following procedure to setup the media to the Auto Media Feeder. • When setting (changing) the media, it must be carried out by at least two persons. • Be careful about direction of the setting media, as the direction is executed by the print facing outside (Surface Print) and the print facing inside (Back Print). - Page 22 STEPS: Roll guide 1. Loosen the grip bolt holding the press at the right and left of the roll guide. Grip bolt 2. Turn over the press toward and loosen the roll guide to the plotter side. Press plate Roll guide 3.
