THE ENGINE IMMEDIATELY, BUT LET IT RUN AT IDLE FOR A FEW SECONDS.

DO NOT RIDE THE SCOOTER AT MAXIMUM REVS FOR A LONG TIME; EVEN
THOUGH THE ENGINE IS PROVIDED WITH AN ELECTRONIC REVOLUTION
LIMITER, DO NOT DO ACCELERATE AT MAX REVS FOR A LONG TIME AS THIS
COULD CAUSE OVERHEATING AND THE CATALYTIC CONVERTER CAN BE
DAMAGED.

Difficult start up (02_11)

In the rare case of a flooded engine, and in order to facilitate starting, try putting the
vehicle into motion with the throttle slightly open. It is however necessary, once the
engine is started, to take your vehicle to an Authorised Service Centre to determine
the cause of this problem and to re-establish the vehicle proper functioning.
