1. Disab. device:
The disabling device is activated
with OK; the robotic mower can no
longer be operated.
The robotic mower must be disabled prior
to any maintenance or cleaning work, prior
to transportation and prior to inspection.

2. Level:
Four safety levels can be set;
various locks and safety devices are
activated, depending on the level.
– None:
The robotic mower is unprotected.

– Low:
The PIN request is active; a PIN code
must be entered in order to link the
robotic mower and docking station, and
to reset the machine to the default
settings.
– Medium:
As "Low", but the time lock is also
active.
– High:
Entry of a PIN code is always required.
STIHL recommends that one of the
safety levels "Low", "Medium" or
"High" be set.
● Select the required level and confirm
with OK; enter the 4-digit PIN code if
necessary.
PIN request:
If the mower is tilted for longer than 10
seconds, the PIN request appears. If the
PIN code is not entered within one minute,
an alarm sounds and automatic mowing is
switched off.
Connection lock:
PIN code request prior to linking the
robotic mower and docking station.
Reset lock:
PIN code request prior to resetting the
machine to the factory defaults.
Time lock:
PIN code request for changing a setting if
no PIN code has been entered for more
than one month.
Setting prot.:
PIN code request when settings are
changed.
3. GPS protect.:
For switching position monitoring on
and off. (

Recommendation:
Always switch on GPS protection.
Before switching on, enter the
mobile phone number of the owner
in the app (
10.) and set the
safety level "Low", "Medium" or
"High" on the robotic mower.
4. Change PIN code:
The 4-digit PIN code can be
changed if required.
The "Change PIN code" menu item
is only displayed in the safety levels
"Low", "Medium" or "High".
● First enter the old PIN code and confirm
with OK.
● Then enter the new 4-digit PIN code
and confirm with OK.
STIHL recommends writing down
the new PIN code.
If the PIN code is entered
incorrectly five times, a 4-digit
master code is required, and
automatic mowing is also switched
off.
To create the master code, contact
your STIHL specialist dealer or
contact iMOW® Support directly at
support@imow.stihl.com.
Please provide the 9-digit serial
number and the 4-digit date, which
are shown on the iMOW® display.
5. Start signal:
For switching on and off the acoustic
signal that sounds when the mowing
blade is activated.
6. Menu signal:
For switching on and off the acoustic
click that sounds when a menu is
opened and a selection is confirmed with
OK.
